To be robust and effective, a trust indenture must be well-crafted and adhere to best practices. We guide the architecture of your private equity trust system and write three trust indentures representing the three most common types of trusts. This step affords the biggest time savings to our clients while preserving maximum asset protection.

Other than the trust indenture itself, the trustees are the single most important aspect of a robust trust system. We save you months or years of searching by introducing you to fully vetted professionals to act as Grantor, Trustee, or Trust Protector.
